Dental Services are available for established primary care patients. Our Dental Offices are located at our Cameron Park and Placerville locations. General Dentistry is available to all patients, which includes: dental exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride, treatments, fillings, and emergency dental care. If you are a patient and you would like to make an appointment for Dental, please call: 530-497-5016
To register your child you must turn in your consent form to your child's school.
El Dorado Smiles:
Dental Services are available in our dental mobile van in collaboration with First 5 of El Dorado, El Dorado County Health and Human Services Department, and El Dorado County Office of Education.

Dental Providers
Cassandra Krupansky, DDS, MS
Dental Director, General and Pediatric Dentistry
Dr. Krupansky obtained her dental degree from the University of California, San
Francisco. She continued on at UCSF to complete a three-year specialty program in
Pediatric Dentistry. She served as the Chief Resident and received the Graduate Student Research Award from the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry for her research on dental caries transmission. Dr. Krupansky has previously served as the Dental Director for a community dental clinic in the Sacramento area and was in private practice in Roseville for nine years. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
She is thrilled to be part of the team at EDCHC to provide comprehensive care to her community. She believes that initiating a comprehensive prevention program is the best defense against cavities in children. Dr. Krupansky lives locally and enjoys spending time with her husband and young children.
Dr. Connie Austin, DDS
After spending over 18 years working in family practice and community health center environments as a dental hygienist in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas, Dr. Connie Austin earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Meharry Medical College in Nashville Tennessee. After completing her AEGD residency, Dr. Austin who is also an NHSC Scholar, worked at Mendocino Community Health Centers for 2 years serving Mendocino and Lake Counties before joining our dental team. Relocating to the Sacramento area to be closer to family and friends, Dr. Austin aligns with the EDCHC mission, especially that children’s healthcare is highly prioritized. Dr. Austin enjoys working with children and teens, volunteering as a mentor as well as participating in numerous community service projects as a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. In her spare time, Dr. Austin appreciates international travel, experiencing new cultures, gourmet cooking, wine tasting, interior decorating, and making gift baskets.
Dr. Naghmeh Asbaghi, DDS
Dr. Asbaghi has been practicing dentistry for 7 years in a variety of practices, including private, public and FQHC’s. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cell Biology from The UC Davis and went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University in 2014. She believes that oral health is an integral part of a patient’s overall well-being and is committed to providing patients with quality dental care. She supports the EDCHC mission of improving the health of our underserved community through quality healing and preventive services. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, friends, and fur babies (Mitzy, Bailey and Lexi).
Dr. Tri Nguyen, DDS
Dr. Nguyen began his career in healthcare while attending UC Irvine graduating with a major in biology science from UC Irvine. He then continued his interest in Dentistry at UCLA School of Dentistry while volunteering to assist underserved populations as a dental student. Upon completing his general practice residency in Vallejo Dr. Nguyen remained in a private family practice and comprehensive care for over 21 years. Dr. Nguyen’s long-term goal is to be part of an organization with great vision and capacity to help the underserved of the community.
Miguel Luna, Registered Dental Hygienist
Bilingual English/Spanish
Miguel Luna, RDH earned his degree in Dental Hygiene from Cabrillo College in 1995. Miguel comes to EDCHC eager to serve the community where he resides. Miguel has 22 years of private dental practice experience with a strong background in preventive care. In his spare time, Miguel enjoys mountain biking and spending time with his wife and three children.
Shayla Robbins, Registered Dental Hygienist
Shayla Robbins, RDH, earned her degree, Associate in Science in Dental Hygiene at Sacramento City College, in addition to their excellence in periodontology award. Shayla has worked locally in private practice for the last six years. Shayla is very excited to give back to the community she was raised in, build lasting relationships, and serve our patients with compassion and understanding. In her spare time Shayla enjoys watching her two kids play sports, have outdoor adventures, and likes traveling with her husband and children as much as possible.
