Elizabeth Wasik, FNP earned her master’s at George Washington University in Washington D.C. and worked at an FQHC in Schenectady, NY directly after graduating, before moving on to private practice. While living in New York, Elizabeth also published an op-ed piece in the Times Union about the importance of vaccination. Relocating back to El Dorado County in the summer of 2019, Elizabeth has joined our skilled provider team as a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner. Wanting to provide quality, evidenced-based care to the underserved, Elizabeth chose EDCHC as she believes health care is a human right that all are deserving of. Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and soon-to-arrive newborn daughter exploring the outdoors, hiking, and CrossFit.
